化痰通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察化痰通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月收治的130例CHD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各75例。2组均接受常规治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组加用化痰通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后心功能指标[包括左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及左室射血分数(LVEF)]、血脂指标[包括总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、血液流变学指标(包括全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度)、炎症因子指标[包括白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平变化情况。结果观察组总有效率97.33%(73/75),对照组总有效率89.33%(67/75),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组心功能指标LVESD、LVEDD水平与本组治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),LVEF水平与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血脂指标TC、TG水平与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平与本组治疗前比较均升高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组TC、TG均低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血液流变学指标全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组炎症因子指标IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通脉汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗CHD疗效良好,对改善患者心功能、血脂及血液流变学指标水平均有确切效果,更利于降低炎Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with atorvastatin for coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 150 CHD patients admitted from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly assigned into the observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75).All patients were managed by conventional therapy and atorvastatin,and those in observation group were additionally treated with Huatan Tongmai Decoction.Treated for 4 weeks,the aim was to compare the cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-systolic diameter[LVESD],left ventricular end-diastolic diameter[LVEDD]and left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF]),blood lipid indexes(total cholesterol[TC],triglyceride[TG],high-density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C]),hemorheology indexes(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity),and inflammatory factor indexes(interleukin 6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factorα[TNF-α],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(97.33%[73/75]vs 89.33%[67/75],P<0.05).After treatment,significantly decreased LVESD and LVEDD,and increased LVEF were found in the both groups(all P<0.05),which were significantly pronounced in observation group(all P<0.05).Significantly decreased TC and TG,and increased HDL-C were detected in the both groups(all P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group for TC,TG and HDL-C(all P<0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decreases in the observation group were more prevalent compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For CHD patients,Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with atorvastatin has good the
