柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合二氧化碳点阵激光对痤疮患者皮肤状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合二氧化碳(CO 2)点阵激光对痤疮患者皮肤状态的影响。方法将118例痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组59例予CO 2点阵激光治疗,治疗组59例在对照组治疗基础上予柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗。2组均连续治疗2个月。治疗前后分别检测记录2组的皮肤生理指标[角质层含水量、油脂含量和酸碱度(pH)]以及痤疮症状积分的变化情况,同时记录对比2组的临床疗效和治疗结束后6个月的复发情况。结果2组治疗后角质层含水量均升高(P<0.05),油脂含量和pH均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各指标变化较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项痤疮症状积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率94.92%(56/59),对照组总有效率81.36%(48/59),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后6个月,治疗组复发率19.64%(11/56),对照组复发率47.92%(23/48),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤联合CO 2点阵激光治疗痤疮可以改善患者皮肤状态,减少复发情况,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with carbon dioxide(CO 2)laser on the skin condition of acne patients.Methods Totally 118 acne patients were randomized 1∶1 to receive CO 2 laser(control group)or Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction+CO 2 laser(treatment group)for two months.The aim was to compare skin biophysical parameters(stratum corneum hydration,lipid content,pH),acne symptom score.The curative effect and 6-month recurrence rate were assessed.Results After treatment,significantly increased stratum corneum hydration,and decreased lipid content and pH were found in the both groups(all P<0.05),which were significantly pronounced in the treatment group(all P<0.05).The acne symptom score in the both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.92%[56/59]vs 81.36%[48/59],P<0.05).The 6-month recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.64%[11/56]vs 47.92%[23/48],P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with CO 2 laser has significant therapeutic effects in acne patients,,which can improve skin condition.
