耳穴贴压联合心理干预治疗带状疱疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压联合心理干预对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月收治的100例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各50例。对照组采用常规综合措施干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用耳穴贴压联合心理干预治疗。2组均干预治疗1个月后统计疗效,观察记录2组治疗后疱疹消退时间、皮损消失时间、皮损结痂时间,比较2组治疗前及治疗2周、1个月后数字疼痛评分表(NRS)评分变化,比较2组治疗前及治疗1个月后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化情况。结果2组治疗后各个临床症状改善时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疱疹消退时间、皮损消失时间、皮损结痂时间均短于对照组。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗2周、1个月后NRS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗2周、1个月后NRS评分均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗1个月后PSQI评分、GSES评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗1个月后PSQI评分、GSES评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗1个月后SAS评分、SDS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗1个月后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者采用耳穴贴压联合心理干预后患者的疼痛程度明显减轻,其睡眠状态转好,患者自我效能感提升,其自身负性情绪明显减轻,干预治疗效果良好。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing pill combined with psychological intervention on the pain degree of patients with herpes zoster.Methods One hundred patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were recruited and were evenly divided into the control group and observation group by a random data table.All patients were treated with traditional intervention,and those in the observation group were additionally treated with auricular point pressing pill and psychological intervention.After 1-month treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was assessed.The regression time of herpes,disappearance time and scabby time of skin lesion in the two groups were recorded.The scores of numerical pain rating scale(NRS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between groups before treatment,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment.Results There were significant differences in the improvement time of clinical symptoms between groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The herpes regression time,disappearance time and scabby time of skin lesion were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group.Significantly decreased score of NRS at weeks 2 and on month 1,and increased scores of PSQI and GSES on month 1 were found in the both groups relative to those before treatment,and the improvements were more pronounced in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDA on month 1 were significantly lower than those before treatment,the decreases were more common in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing pill combined with psychological intervention on pain degree of herpes zoster can significantly reduce pain degree of patients with herpes zoster,improve sleep state,increase sense of self-efficacy,relieve negative emotions,and it has a good treatme
