摘　　要：凛冽的西北风有了收敛,胶东近海的水温缓慢回升,及至西北风换成东南风时,胶东人开春时节的头道口福就来了。尝新鲜,吃海虹。在贝类族群中本是身价低廉的海虹,能博得胶东人开春“头一口”的赞誉,想来若不是其自身营养丰富,便是沾了当季体硕肉肥的光。The chilly northwest wind abates and the temperature of the offshore seawater in Jiaodong slowly rises.When the northwest wind is replaced by the southeast wind,the first delicacy for Jiaodong locals in the early spring appears.
