双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗2型糖尿病对患者胰岛β细胞功能及脂质过氧化损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)的效果。方法 方便选取2022年5月—2023年5月德州市中医院收治的62例T2DM患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为A组(常规治疗)和B组(常规治疗+双歧杆菌四联活菌片),各31例,对比两组的效果。结果 B组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(227.54±16.47)μg/mL、总抗氧化能力(92.18±8.63)U/mL、活性氧(230.62±21.68)IU/mL优于对照组的(163.35±14.38)μg/mL、(73.61±8.56)U/mL、(332.26±30.54)IU/mL,差异均有统计学意义(t=16.346,8.506,15.109;P均<0.05)。B组的胰岛β细胞功能和血糖血脂水平、肠道菌群水平均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗T2DM,有利于改善患者胰岛β细胞功能、脂质过氧化损伤、血糖血脂,调整肠道菌群。Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifidobacterium tetrad in the adjuvant treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of sixty-two T2DM patients admitted to Dezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hos⁃pital from May 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into group A(conventional treatment)and group B(conventional treatment+Bifidobacte⁃rium tetrad live tablet),with thirty-one cases each,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results In group B,serum glutathione peroxidase was(227.54±16.47)μg/mL,total antioxidant capacity was(92.18±8.63)U/mL and re⁃active oxygen species was(230.62±21.68)IU/mL,better than(163.35±14.38)μg/mL and(73.61±8.56)U/mL,(332.26±30.54)IU/mL in control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=16.346,8.506,15.109;all P<0.05).The function of isletβcells,blood glucose and lipid levels and intestinal flora in group B were better than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetrad tablets can improve the function of pancreaticβcells,lipid peroxidation damage,blood glucose and lipids,and adjust intestinal flora in patients with T2DM.
