呼吸-吞咽训练联合利咽针刺对脑梗死患者吞咽功能障碍及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析脑梗死患者康复中,呼吸-吞咽训练联合利咽针刺的作用。方法 便利选取丰县人民医院于2022年1月—2023年6月收治的154例脑梗死患者为研究对象。按照康复治疗方案不同分两组,各77例。对照组行呼吸-吞咽训练,研究组结合利咽针刺疗法。对比两组吞咽功能、临床疗效、表面肌电图水平。结果研究组吞咽功能评分低于对照组,表面肌电图最大波幅值高于对照组,吞咽时长短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为97.40%(75/77),高于对照组的88.31%(68/77),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.797,P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死患者应用呼吸-吞咽训练联合利咽针刺治疗,可提高临床疗效,促进吞咽功能恢复,增强咽喉部表面肌肉功能。Objective To analyze the effect of breathing-swallowing training combined with pharyngeal acupuncture in the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 154 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the rehabilitation treatment plan,77 cases in each group.The control group received breathing-swallowing training,and the study group combined with pharyngeal acupuncture therapy.The swallowing function,clinical efficacy and surface electromyography levels were compared between the two groups.Results The swallowing function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the maximum amplitude of surface electromyography was higher than that of the control group,and the swallowing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 97.40%(75/77),which was higher than 88.31%(68/77)of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.797,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction can improve the recovery of swallowing function and enhance the surface muscle function of the throat.
