摘　　要：目的 探讨不同剂量的盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎对患者炎症反应的改善作用。方法 便利选取2022年9月至2024年1月江阴市第四人民医院接诊的76例老年肺炎患者,根据盐酸氨溴索用药剂量不同分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规剂量盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗,研究组给予大剂量盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎症因子水平和不良反应。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.146,P<0.05)。研究组症状消失时间短于对照组,研究组炎症因子水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 大剂量盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎患者有助于减轻炎症反应,改善症状,安全性好。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride on inflammatory response in elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods A total of seventy-six elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Jiangyin from September 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected.According to the different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride,they were divided into two groups,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group was given conventional dose of ambroxol hydrochloride adjuvant treatment,and the study group was given large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride adjuvant treatment.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.146,P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the con⁃trol group,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose ambroxol hydrochloride as an adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with pneumonia is more helpful to reduce inflammatory response,improve symptom,and has good safety.
