艾曲波帕联合硫唑嘌呤治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨艾曲波帕联合硫唑嘌呤治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, ITP)的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 方便选取昆山市第三人民医院于2020年3月至2023年3月收治的94例难治性ITP患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=47,常规治疗)与观察组(n=47,硫唑嘌呤联合艾曲波帕治疗),比较两组的疗效、细胞因子水平以及淋巴细胞与血小板计数。结果 观察组的优良率为89.36%(42/47),高于对照组的72.34%(34/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.398,P<0.05)。观察组的细胞因子水平优于对照组,CD19+、CD5+CD19+低于对照组,血小板计数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 难治性ITP采用艾曲波帕联合硫唑嘌呤治疗的疗效确切,可有效改善细胞免疫功能,促进血小板生成。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Itripopar combined with azathioprine in the treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)and its influence on cellular immune function.Methods A total of ninety-four patients with refractory ITP admitted to Kunshan Third People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=47,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=47,azathioprine combined with attripopar treat⁃ment).The efficacy,cytokine levels and lymphocyte and platelet counts were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 89.36%(42/47),higher than 72.34%(34/47)of the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.398,P<0.05).The cytokine level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the CD19+and CD5+CD19+were lower than those of the control group,and the platelet count was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory ITP with attripopar combined with azathioprine was effective,which could effectively improve cellular immune function and promote platelet production.
