低位水囊助产联合硬膜外分娩镇痛在产妇分娩中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探析硬膜外镇痛分娩产妇联合低位水囊助产干预的临床效果。方法 方便选取2021年6月—2023年6月在曲阜市人民医院产科分娩的86名产妇为研究对象,按助产方式分为对照组、观察组(各43名),对照组给予常规无痛分娩引导,观察组给予低位水囊助产联合硬膜外分娩镇痛干预,对比两组的分娩情况。结果 观察组中转为剖宫产的比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组5 min新生儿Apgar评分(9.26±0.32)分优于对照组(9.01±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.037,P<0.05)。观察组产程时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在产妇分娩辅以低位水囊助产干预能够提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,母婴结局良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of epidural analgesic labor combined with low water capsule mid⁃wife intervention.Methods A total of eighty-six pregnant women who gave birth in the Department of Obstetrics,Qufu People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were di⁃vided into control group and observation group(forty-three cases each)according to the midwifery method.The control group was given routine painless delivery guidance,and the observation group was given low water sac midwifery com⁃bined with epidural labor analgesia intervention.The delivery conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score of 5 min in the observation group was 9.26±0.32,higher than 9.01±0.25 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.037,P<0.05).The duration of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of low water sac in delivery can improve the rate of natural delivery and shorten the labor time,and the outcome of mother and child is good.
