输卵管堵塞不孕症患者行输卵管彩超造影下通液术的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探析输卵管堵塞不孕症患者应用子宫输卵管超声下通液术方案治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年3月间邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的40例确诊为输卵管堵塞不孕患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式不同分设组别,对照组行常规输卵管通液术(n=20),观察组行子宫输卵管超声下进行通液术(n=20)。对比两组患者的输卵管通畅情况、妊娠情况。结果 观察组输卵管总通畅率为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P=0.035)。观察组在治疗1年后患者宫内妊娠例数19例,妊娠率为95.00%,无出现异位妊娠情况;对照组治疗1年后宫内妊娠例数9例,妊娠率为45.00%,无出现异位妊娠情况,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.906,P<0.05)。结论 在子宫输卵管超声引导下对收治输卵管堵塞不孕症患者应用通液术治疗,疏通效果显著,对患者顺利妊娠有令人满意的效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydrotubation under hysterosalpingography in the treatment of infertility patients with fallopian tube obstruction.Methods The clinical data of forty patients diagnosed with tubal ob⁃struction infertility admitted to Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional hydrotubation(n=20),and the observation group was treated with hydrotubation under hysterosalpingography(n=20).The tubal patency and pregnancy of the two groups were compared.Results The total tubal patency rate of the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P=0.035).In the observation group,there were 19 cases of intrauterine pregnancy after 1 year of treatment,the pregnancy rate was 95.00%,and there was no ectopic pregnancy;in the control group,there were 9 cases of intrauterine pregnancy after 1 year of treatment,and the pregnancy rate was 45.00%,and there was no ectopic pregnancy,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=11.906,P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of uterine fallopian tube ultrasound,the appli⁃cation of hydrotubation in the treatment of infertility patients with fallopian tube obstruction has a significant dredging effect,which has a satisfactory effect on the smooth pregnancy of patients.
