血常规、贫血三项联合检测在妊娠期贫血诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究血常规、贫血三项联合检测在妊娠期贫血诊断中的临床诊断价值。方法 非随机选取2023年1—6月聊城市人民医院收治的30例妊娠期贫血患者作为A组研究对象,选取同时期在聊城市人民医院接受健康体检的30名孕妇作为B组研究对象,所有研究对象均接受血常规及贫血三项联合检测。对比两组血常规检测结果、贫血三项检测结果,对比血常规、贫血三项单独及联合检测诊断妊娠期贫血的诊断效能。结果A组血常规检测结果显著低于B组,A组贫血三项检测结果显著低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为96.67%(29/30)、93.33%(28/30)、95.00%(57/60),均优于血常规及贫血三项单独检测,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.671,3.360,13.540;P均<0.05)。结论 血常规和贫血三项联合检测在妊娠期贫血诊断中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of blood routine and anemia in the diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy.Methods Thirty patients with anemia during pregnancy admitted to Lia⁃ocheng People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as group A,and thirty pregnant women who received physical examination in Liaocheng People's Hospital during the same period were selected as group B.All subjects received combined detection of blood routine and anemia.The results of blood routine test and three tests of anemia were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of blood routine test and three separate and combined tests of anemia in the diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy was compared.Results The results of blood routine test in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,and the results of anemia in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection were 96.67%(29/30),93.33%(28/30)and 95.00%(57/60),respectively,which were better than those of blood routine and anemia alone,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.671,3.360,13.540;all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of blood routine and anemia has high application value in the diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy.
