芪苈强心胶囊辅助沙库巴曲缬沙坦、美托洛尔及螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊辅助沙库巴曲缬沙坦、美托洛尔、螺内酯用于慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:选取本院2022年1月至2024年1月收治的CHF患者76例,以随机数表形式划分为研究组与对照组,各38例。对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦、美托洛尔及螺内酯治疗,研究组加用芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状评分、心功能、血清指标、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、明尼苏达生活质量评分(MLHFQ)评分。结果::治疗后,组间症状均有所改善,且与对照组相比,观察组各症状评分(心悸、气短、乏力、下肢水肿)较低(P<0.05);治疗后,组间LVEF升高,且与对照组相比,观察组更高(P<0.05),两组治疗后的LVEDD、LVESD、MLHFQ评分以及血清指标(NT-proBNP、Hcy)水平均有所降低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低(P<0.05);组间治疗后的6MWT有所升高,且与对照组相比,观察组较高(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊辅助沙库巴曲缬沙坦、美托洛尔及螺内酯治疗CHF可发挥较高价值,对于缓解症状、改善心功能与血清有积极意义,且可提高患者生活质量及运动耐力。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)with sacubactril valsartan,metoprolol and spironolactone.Methods:A total of 76 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sacubactril valsartan,metoprolol and spironolactone,while the study group was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule.Clinical symptom score,cardiac function,serum index,6-min walking test(6MWT)and Minnesota Quality of Life score(MLHFQ)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,symptoms were improved in all groups,and symptom scores(palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,lower limb edema)in research group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF between groups was increased,and compared with the control group,the research group was higher(P<0.05),after treatment,LVEDD,LVESD,MLHFQ scores and serum indicators(NT-proBNP,Hcy)levels of both groups were decreased,and compared with the control group,the research group was lower(P<0.05).The 6MWT in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiliqiangxin capsule with sacubactril valsartan,metoprolol and spironolactone can play a high value in the treatment of CHF,which has positive significance in relieving symptoms,improving cardiac function and serum,and improving patients'quality of life and exercise endurance.
