基于国家专利的中药复方治疗慢性咽炎数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方专利治疗慢性咽炎(CP)的用药规律。方法:检录国家专利数据库中治疗CP的处方数据,运用Excel 2021统计药物使用频次和性味归经,采用R 4.3.3软件进行关联规则、聚类和相关性系数分析,通过Cytoscape 3.8构建核心药物复杂网络,并提取中药集群。结果:共纳入中药复方专利457项,涉及药物1 014味,高频药物有甘草、桔梗、麦冬、金银花、玄参等。常用对药有桔梗-甘草、麦冬-甘草、金银花-甘草等,角药组合有麦冬-桔梗-甘草、玄参-麦冬-甘草、金银花-桔梗-甘草等。通过聚类分析提取出核心药物组合4组,并挖掘出潜在药物组合1个。结论:中药复方专利治疗CP以清热解毒利咽药为基本组方,随证配伍滋阴、化痰、祛湿、活血化瘀等药物,可为临床用药及新药开发提供参考。Objective:To explore the medication rules of Chinese herbal compound patents for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis(CP).Methods:The prescription data for CP treatment in the national patent database were recorded,and Excel 2021 was used to count the frequency of herbal use and their natures,flavors and channel entries.R 4.3.3 software was adopted for association rule,clustering,and correlation coefficient analysis.Cytoscape 3.8 was used to construct a core complex network of Chinese herbs and extract dense Chinese herbal clusters.Results:A total of 457 Chinese herbal compound patents were included,involving 1014 herbs.The high-frequency herbs included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix,Ophiopogonis Radix,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,and Scrophulariae Radix.The commonly used herbal pairs included Platycodoni Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ophiopogonis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.The commonly used triplet herb combinations included Ophiopogonis Radix-Platycodoni Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scrophulariae Radix-Ophiopogonis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos-Platycodoni Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.Four groups of core herbal combinations were extracted through clustering analysis,and one potential herbal combination was identified.Conclusion:The basic formula for Chinese herbal compound patents in the treatment of CP is to clear heat,resolve toxins,and soothe the throat,and herbs that nourish yin,resolve phlegm,eliminate dampness,invigorate blood and remove stasis can be added according to syndrome differentiation.This provides a reference for clinical medication and development of new drug.
