揿针、疏肝益气解毒汤联合西药治疗风热犯目型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针、疏肝益气解毒汤联合西药治疗风热犯目型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月在南京中医药大学附属盐城中医院治疗的100例风热犯目型HSK患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组予以西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用揿针、疏肝益气解毒汤治疗。2组均连续治疗20天。比较2组临床疗效及复发率,记录2组治疗前后最佳矫正视力、症状评分和角膜溃疡面积。结果:治疗后,总有效率治疗组93.33%(42/45)、对照组80.49%(33/41),经秩和检验,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组最佳矫正视力均较治疗前提高,治疗组最佳矫正视力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组症状评分均较治疗前降低,治疗组症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组角膜溃疡面积均较治疗前缩小,治疗组角膜溃疡面积小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后随访3个月、6个月,对照组复发率4.88%(2/41)、12.20%(5/41),治疗组复发率0、4.44%(2/45),组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:揿针、疏肝益气解毒汤联合西药治疗风热犯目型HSK疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,提高视力,促进角膜溃疡愈合。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of press needles,Shugan Yiqi Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)of wind-heat invading eyes type.Methods:A total of 100 patients with HSK of wind-heat invading eyes type treated at Yancheng Hospital of Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group with 50 patients in each group via a random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group received additional treatment with press needles and Shugan Yiqi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 consecutive days.The clinical effects and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,and the best corrected visual acuity,symptom scores,and corneal ulcer area before and after treatment were recorded.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45)in the treatment group and 80.49%(33/41)in the control group.The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(tested by rank sum test),the difference being significant(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity was improved in both groups when respectively compared with that before treatment,and the best corrected visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment,and the symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The corneal ulcer area was decreased in both groups when respectively compared with that before treatment,and the corneal ulcer area in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up at three and six months after treatment,the recurrence rat
