摘　　要：牟重临认为不孕症主要与肝、脾、肾功能失调有关,根据其不同表现进行疏肝、健脾、益肾,并随证配合祛寒温经、化瘀通络、清利湿热等法进行治疗,标本兼治,可获佳效。通过4则医案深入探析牟重临运用疏肝健脾益肾法辨治不孕症经验。MOU Chonglin believes that infertility is mainly related to the dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidney.He treats infertility by soothing the liver,fortifying the spleen,and nourishing the kidney according to different manifestations.He also combines the treatment with other methods such as dispelling cold and warming the meridians,resolving stasis and unblocking the collaterals,and clearing damp-heat according to syndrome differentiation.This approach addresses both the root cause and the symptoms,achieving good therapeutic effects.Through four clinical cases,this study thoroughly explores MOU Chonglin's experience in treating infertility using the method of soothing the liver,fortifying the spleen,and nourishing the kidney.
