摘　　要：慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)是男性最常见的泌尿系统疾病之一,长期的慢性炎症会导致患者下腹及会阴部位持续性疼痛、性功能减退,还会伴有焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,严重影响患者的身心健康。由于CP/CPPS具体病因和发病机制尚不明确,常规治疗手段较为单一,治疗效果往往不尽如人意,亟待探究新型治疗方式,进一步提高临床治疗效果。本文对CP/CPPS新型治疗方式的研究进展进行综述,以期为探索更好的治疗方案提供新的研究方向和依据。Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS)is one of the most common urological diseases in men.Long-term chronic inflammation can lead to persistent pain in the lower abdomen and perineum of patients,decreased sexual function,and psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,which seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients.Since the specific etiology and pathogenesis of CP/CPPS are not yet clear,conventional treatment methods are relatively simple,and the treatment effect is often unsatisfactory.There is an urgent need to explore new treatment methods to further improve the clinical treatment effect.This paper reviews the research progress of new treatment methods for CP/CPPS,in order to provide new research directions and basis for exploring better treatment regimens.
