小金丸联合中药治疗男性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征临证经验

摘　　要：慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)通常呈周期性持续或反复发作,会影响患者生活质量。除慢性前列腺炎(CP),慢性附睾炎、精索静脉曲张等均可引起男性慢性盆腔疼痛。西医治疗以口服抗焦虑、止痛等药物为主,停药后易反复发作。小金丸辛香走窜,能达常药不能到达之所,可祛除顽邪。气滞血瘀在CPPS急性期和慢性期均存在,临证在辨证论治基础上结合小金丸治疗,疗效显著且不易反复,对中医药治疗男科相关的CPPS具有参考价值。Chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS)usually shows persistent in a periodic or recurrent attacks,which affect patients′quality of life.In addition to chronic prostatitis(CP),such as chronic epididymitis,varicocele can cause chronic pelvic pain in men.Western medicine therapy is mainly based on oral anti-anxiety,analgesic and other drugs,which are easy to relapse after withdrawal.The pungent and fragrant nature of Xiaojin Pills can reach the place where ordinary drugs cannot reach and eliminate stubborn evils.Qi stagnation and blood stasis exists in the acute and chronic stages of CPPS.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Xiaojin Pill is combined for treatment which has significant curative effect and is not prone to recurrence.It has reference value for the treatment of andrology related CPPS with traditional Chinese medicine.
