活血消异方加减治疗子宫腺肌病患者的疗效及对血清性激素、MMP-9、VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的评估活血消异方加减治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果,并探讨其对患者血清性激素、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2024年2月淳安县妇幼保健院收治的98例子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合活血消异方加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清性激素、MMP-9、VEGF水平及中医症状积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、子宫腺肌病症状评分。结果治疗后,观察组血清性激素、MMP-9、VEGF水平及中医症状积分、VAS评分、子宫腺肌病症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌病患者采用活血消异方加减联合常规西医治疗的临床治疗效果好,可有效改善血清性激素、MMP-9和VEGF水平,减轻痛疼感、中医症状及子宫腺肌病症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis,and to explore its influence on serum sex hormones,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 98 patients with adenomyosis admitted to Chun′an County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received combined modified Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction based on the control group.The levels of serum sex hormones,MMP-9,VEGF,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and adenomyosis symptoms score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of serum sex hormones,MMP-9,VEGF,TCM symptoms scores,VAS score and adenomyosis symptoms score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has a good clinical therapeutic effect on patients with adenomyosis,and can significantly improve serum sex hormones,MMP-9 and VEGF,and relieve pain,TCM symptoms and adenomyosis symptoms.
