咸阳市男性对人乳头瘤病毒的认知情况与疫苗接种意向分析

摘　　要：目的调查咸阳市男性对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的认知情况及对HPV疫苗的接受意向,为男性HPV预防工作提供数据支持。方法采用方便抽样法,于2023年4月至2024年4月选取咸阳市男性作为研究对象。采用自设问卷通过线上或现场填写方式进行横断面调查,收集一般资料,统计HPV知识认知水平,分析HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素。结果(1)共收集问卷500份,有效问卷455份,有效问卷回收率为91.0%。(2)HPV知识认知水平良好占比58.7%,愿意接种HPV疫苗占比42.4%,了解HPV知识途径占比最高为手机或电视(67.5%)。(3)不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历、月收入男性的HPV疫苗接种意愿比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咸阳市男性对HPV的认知有所提升,但仍处于较低水平,HPV疫苗接受意愿较低。年龄、婚姻状况、学历、月收入是咸阳市男性HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素,可通过针对性的健康教育增强其对HPV疫苗的接种意愿。Objective To investigate the cognition status of human papilloma virus(HPV)and the intention to accept HPV vaccine among men in Xianyang City,so as to provide data support for HPV prevention in men.Methods Men in Xianyang City were selected as study objects from April 2023 to April 2024 using the convenience sampling method.A cross-sectional survey was conducted through online or on-site filling self-designed questionnaire to collect general data,assess HPV knowledge and cognition level,and analyze the influencing factors of HPV vaccination intention.Results(1)A total of 500 questionnaires were collected,455 of which were valid,and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 91.0%.(2)Among participants,58.7% had a good HPV knowledge,42.4% were willing to receive HPV vaccine,and the highest proportion of HPV knowledge was mobile phone or TV(67.5%).(3)The differences of HPV vaccination intention among men of different age,marital status,educational background and monthly income were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Men in Xianyang City have improved their awareness of HPV,but it were still at a low level,with less willingness to accept the HPV vaccine.Age,marital status,educational background and monthly income are the influencing factors of HPV vaccination intention of men in Xianyang City,and their willingness to vaccinate against HPV can be enhanced through targeted health education.
