摘  要:文中针对一座服役近30年出现大量疲劳裂纹的长江钢桁架桥进行钢桁架桥横梁节点加固前后足尺试件的疲劳试验,结合三维数值模拟,研究裂纹尖端断裂力学参数和加固后疲劳应力幅重分布规律,评估栓接钢板加固的有效性.结果表明:(1)加固后监测监控的疲劳薄弱细节包括:(1)下翼缘板螺栓孔中心附近;(2)腹板在加劲肋下端应力集中处;(3)下翼缘板下贴钢板的外边缘附近;(2)原开裂区域的应力幅值减少60%~98.78%,理论损伤度分析表明加固后梁的整体寿命提高7%以上,足尺试验表明加固对横梁整体疲劳性能改善有限;(3)扩展有限元法、J积分法计算的应力强度因子与模拟的裂纹扩展过程均显示栓接钢板加固对节点局部疲劳性能改善显著.Aiming at a Yangtze River steel truss bridge with a large number of fatigue cracks in service for nearly 30 years,the fatigue tests of full-scale specimens before and after strengthening the beam joints of steel truss bridge were carried out.Combined with three-dimensional numerical simulation,the fracture mechanical parameters at the crack tip and the distribution law of fatigue stress amplitude and weight after strengthening were studied,and the effectiveness of bolted stel plate strengthening was evaluated.The results show that:(1)The details of fatigue weakness after reinforcement include:near the center of bolt hole of lower flange plate;@the web is at the stress concentration at the lower end of the stiffening rib;③near theouter edgeof thelower flangeplateattached to thesteel plate.(2)The stress amplitude in the original cracked area is reduced by 60%~98.78%,the theoreti-cal damage degree analysis shows that the overall life of the strengthened beam is increased by more than 7%,and the full-scale test shows that the reinforcement has limited improvement on the overall fatigue performance of the beam.(3)The stress intensity factors calculated by the extended finite ele-ment method and J-integral method and the simulated crack propagation process show that the local fatigue performance of the joints is significantly improved by bolted steel plate reinforcement.
