摘 要:文中采用废线路板非金属材料(non-metallic materials recycled from waste printed circuit boards, NWPCB)等体积代替水稳碎石中粒径为0~0.075 mm和0.6~1.18 mm的细集料,并掺入丁苯乳液优化NWPCB-水稳碎石的性能.通过开展系列力学强度试验、疲劳试验、扫描电镜试验研究NWPCB和丁苯乳液的掺入对水稳碎石性能的影响以及微观作用机理,最后通过重金属毒性浸出试验和社会经济效益性分析探明NWPCB-水稳碎石的应用可行性.研究结果表明:NWPCB的掺入会略降低水稳碎石的无侧限抗压强度以及刚度,但可提高水稳碎石的弯拉强度、劈裂强度和耐疲劳性能,丁苯乳液的掺入可优化NWPCB-水稳碎石的各项性能指标.同时,NWPCB-水稳碎石的重金属浸出量远低于国标限值,将其应用到水稳碎石基层的修筑具有明显的社会经济效益.研究成果对NWPCB在道路工程中的推广应用及我国道路建设的绿色化发展起到促进作用.Non-metallic materials recycled from waste printed circuit boards(NWPCB)were used to re-place fine aggregates with particle sizes of 0~0.075 mm and 0.6~1.18 mm in water-stabilized macad-am,and styrene-butadiene emulsion was added to optimize the performance of NWPCB-water-stabi-lized macadam.Through a series of mechanical strength tests,fatigue tests and scanning electron mi-croscope tests,the influence of adding NWPCB and styrene-butadiene emulsion on the properties of water-stabilized macadam and its microscopic mechanism were studied.Finally,the application feasi-bility of NWPCB-water-stabilized macadam was proved through heavy metal toxicity leaching test and social and economic benefit analysis.The results show that the addition of NWPCB slightly reduces the unconfined compressive strength and stiffness of water-stabilized macadam,but it can improve the flexural tensile strength,splitting strength and fatigue resistance of water-stabilized macadam.The performance indexes of NWPCB-water-stabilized macadam can be optimized by adding styrene-butadi-ene emulsion.Meanwhile,the heavy metal leaching amount of NWPCB-water-stabilized macadam is far below the national standard limit,so it has obvious social and economic benefits to apply it to the construction of water-stabilized macadam base.The research results will promote the popularization and application of NWPCB in road engineering and the green development of road construction in Chi-na.
