摘 要:文中基于库仑摩擦定律,测试了干燥、润湿及润滑三种界面状态下的摩擦系数,并分析了其在不同工程条件下的应用建议.研究发现:(1)重物形状对摩擦系数的影响较小,弧形与平板形钢板测试结果偏差小于7%;(2)干燥状态下静摩擦系数在0.53~0.69之间,建议在摩擦有利于结构承载(如桥梁盖梁钢抱箍施工)时取小值,同时需考虑自然环境中雨水润湿引起的摩擦系数降低(降低幅度超过20%);在摩擦对结构不利(如桥梁顶推施工)时,建议取大值以确保足够拖拉力;(3)界面涂抹润滑剂(如黄油)可使摩擦系数降低约50%,适用于需要减小摩阻力的情况;(4)动摩擦系数均小于静摩擦系数,降低幅度不超过25%,推测依靠界面摩擦承载的结构即使出现滑移,只要法向压力保持不变,其仍具备超过75%的承载能力;(5)动、静摩擦系数差异在工程中的影响显著,如桥梁顶推过程中可能出现“顿挫前移”现象,导致顶推设备油压不稳或下部结构水平冲击.因此,应优选动、静摩擦系数差异较小的界面材料,以减小施工设备及临时结构的受损风险.Based on Coulomb's friction law,the friction coefficients of dry,wet and lubricated inter-faces were measured,and its application suggestions under different engineering conditions were ana-lyzed.The results show that:the shape of the weight has little influence on the friction coefficient,and the deviation between the test results of arc and flat steel plate is less than 7%.@The coefficient of static friction in dry state is between 0.53 and 0.69,so it is suggested to take a small value when friction is beneficial to the bearing capacity of the structure(such as the construction of steel hoops for bridge capping beams),and at the same time,the reduction of friction coefficient caused by rain wet-ting in natural environment(the reduction range is more than 20%)should be considered.When fric-tion is unfavorable to the structure(such as bridge jacking construction),it is suggested to take a large value to ensure sufficient drag force.③Applyinglubricant(suchasbutter)to theinterfacecan reduce the friction coefficient by about 50%,which is suitable for situations where friction resistance needs to be reduced.@The coefficient of dynamic friction is less than the coefficient of static friction,and the reduction rate is less than 25%.It is speculated that the bearing capacity of the structure that relies on interface friction is more than 75%even if it slips,as long as the normal pressure remains unchanged.The difference of dynamic and static friction coefficients has a significant influence in engineering,such as the phenomenon of“sudden forward movement"”in the process of bridge jacking,which leads to unstable oil pressure of jacking equipment or horizontal impact of substructure.There-fore,the interface materials with small difference between dynamic and static friction coefficients should be selected to reduce the risk of damage to construction equipment and temporary structures.
