摘　　要：制信息权的争夺已成为大国博弈与高端战争的焦点。紧扣“信息对抗”这一现实课题,从体系方法入手,深入研究和分析了强敌电磁威胁、信息对抗特质要求以及信息对抗方法探索,为快速体系级信息对抗核心能力形成提供一定的参考。The competition for information control rights has become a focus of major power games and high-end wars.This article focuses on the practical issue of information countermeasure,and starting from a systematic approach,deeply studies and analyzes electromagnetic threats from strong enemies,requirements for information countermeasure characteristics,exploration of information countermeasure methods,which provides a certain reference for the rapid formation of core capabilities in system level information countermeasure.
