摘　　要：在加快发展新质生产力背景下,传统科技档案管理服务模式服务已无法满足科研生产的创新需求。本文以促进企业科技创新为目标,将科技档案数据资源开发和信息服务优化相结合开展数字档案馆信息化建设。从科技专题数据资源建设和科技专题信息服务策略两个方面对数字档案馆科技专题信息化建设内容展开论述,通过低代码技术加速企业科技专题档案数据资源建设,提高企业档案开发利用能力,构建科技专题信息利用服务体系,进一步完善企业档案利用体系,从而实现数字档案馆信息资源建设和服务模式的转型升级。Under the background of accelerating the development of new quality productivity,the traditional service mode of scientific and technological archives management can no longer meet the innovative needs of scientific research and production.This paper aims at promoting scientific and technological innovation of enterprises,and combines the development of scientific and technological archives data resources with the optimization of information services to carry out the informatization construction of digital archives.This paper discusses the information construction of digital archives from two aspects:the construction of scientific and technological thematic data resources and the service strategy of scientific and technological thematic information,and accelerates the construction of enterprise scientific and technological thematic archives data resources through low-code technology,improves the ability of enterprise archives development and utilization,constructs the service system of scientific and technological thematic information utilization,and further improves the enterprise archives utilization system,thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of information resources construction and service mode of digital archives.
