摘　　要：在分析基于文档一体化的电子公文单套制管理可行性的基础上,对电子公文单套制管理进行探索与实践。通过数字档案室建设、开发标准化归档接口、建立健全配套管理制度,提出一整套实现电子公文“单轨制”运行和“单套制”归档的技术实现方案,以期为其他企业电子公文单套制归档实践提供参考。Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the single-system management of electronic official documents under the framework of integration management of document and archives,this paper explores and practices the single-system management of electronic official documents.Through the construction of digital archives,the development of standardized archiving interfaces,and the establishment of a sound supporting management system,a complete set of technical implementation plans for the "single-track" operation and "single-system" archiving of electronic official documents is proposed,in order to provide reference for the practice of electronic document filing system in other enterprises.
