摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字档案平台在各行各业的应用日益广泛,成为推动档案事业发展的重要力量。然而,由于不同机构间数据格式、存储方式和管理规范的差异,跨机构的档案数据共享与交流面临着重大挑战。在这种背景下,元数据标准的引入显得尤为重要。元数据标准的确立,作为跨机构数字档案平台的核心支撑,整合了统一的数据描述框架与管理准则,奠定了坚实且标准化的数据交换基础。这一基础的建立不仅能增强档案信息描述的精准度与检索效率,还可结合技术创新以促进不同系统间的共享协同工作,能够极大地拓宽档案数据共享与交流的边界,实现档案信息资源的顺畅流通与深度融合。本研究旨在深入探讨元数据标准在构建跨机构数字档案平台中的关键作用,分析其如何助力解决档案数据共享难题,从而提升数字档案平台的利用效能,以期为数字档案事业的持续发展提供有益参考。The rapid development of information technology has led to the widespread adoption of digital archival platforms across various sectors,which have become a crucial driving force for the advancement of archiving practices.However,significant challenges arise from the sharing and exchange of archival data across institutions due to differences in data formats,storage methods,and management standards.Against this backdrop,the introduction of metadata standards assumes paramount importance.The establishment of metadata standards,as a core component of crossinstitutional digital archival platforms,integrates a unified framework for data description and management guidelines,providing a robust and standardized foundation for data exchange.This foundation not only enhances the precision and retrieval efficiency of archival information descriptions but also,through technological innovation,facilitates shared collaborative work across different systems.This can significantly expand the boundaries of archival data sharing and exchange,enabling smoother circulation and deeper integration of archival information resources.This study aims to explore in depth the pivotal role of metadata standards in constructing cross-institutional digital archival platforms.It analyzes how these standards contribute to addressing the challenges of archival data sharing,thereby improving the operational efficiency of digital archival platforms.The ultimate objective is to provide valuable insights for the sustained development of the digital archival sector.
