摘 要:目的 探究十堰城区中小学生脊柱侧弯现状及影响因素。方法 于2021年5月至2023年8月对十堰城区中小学生进行脊柱健康普查,共28所学校(16所小学、12所中学),共计52 762名学生,分析十堰城区中小学生脊柱侧弯现状,采用logistic回归分析脊柱侧弯的影响因素。结果 十堰城区中小学生脊柱侧弯的检出率为6.19%,其中小学生(5.88%)的脊柱侧弯的检出率低于中学生(6.82%)(χ^(2)=18.044,P<0.05)。男生(5.98%)的脊柱侧弯的检出率低于女生(6.47%)(χ^(2)=5.435,P=0.019)。多因素logistic回归结果显示,每日静坐时间(OR=1.857,95%CI:1.320~2.486)、每日电子设备的时间(OR=2.060,95%CI:1.516~2.710)、每日户外活动时间(OR=0.624,95%CI:0.495~0.711)、每日高强度运动(OR=1.182,95%CI:1.182~2.104)、直系亲属是否存在脊柱侧弯情况(OR=1.545,95%CI:1.146~1.938)、读写坐姿(OR=1.370,95%CI:1.015~1.589)均与中小学生脊柱侧弯的风险存在关联(P<0.05)。结论 中小学生每日的静坐时间、电子设备的使用时间、户外活动时间、高强度运动情况、直系亲属脊柱侧弯情况、读写坐姿均与中小学生脊柱侧弯的风险存在关联。Objective To investigate current situation and influencing factors of scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in Shiyan Urban Area.Methods From May 2021 to August 2023,a spinal health investigation was conducted on 52 762 school students in 28 schools in the Shiyan Urban Area,including 16 primary schools and 12 secondary schools.The current status of scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in Shiyan Urban Area was explored,and influencing factors of scoliosis were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results The detection rate of scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in Shiyan Urban Area was 6.19%.The detection rate of scoliosis among primary school students(5.88%) was lower than that of middle school students(6.82%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of scoliosis in boys(5.98%) was lower than that in girls(6.47%)(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that daily sedentary time(OR=1.857,95% CI:1.320-2.486),daily electronic device usage time(OR=2.060,95% CI:1.516-2.710),daily outdoor activity time(OR=0.624,95% CI:0.495-0.711),daily high-intensity exercise time(OR=1.182,95% CI:1.182-2.104),presence of scoliosis in immediate family members(OR=1.545,95% CI:1.146-1.938) and sitting posture while reading or writing(OR=1.370,95%CI:1.015-1.589) were associated with the risk of scoliosis in primary and secondary school students(P<0.05).Conclusion The daily sitting time,electronic device usage time,outdoor activity time,high-intensity exercise,scoliosis in family members,and sitting posture during reading and writing activities of primary and secondary school students are all associated with the risk of scoliosis.
