摘  要:脑梗死,作为一种对生命安全构成严重威胁并显著降低生活质量的脑血管疾病,无疑给社会及家庭带来了极大的负担。近年来,国际学术界日益聚焦于肠道菌群的研究,尤其是其与脑梗死之间的联系,这一领域已逐渐成为脑卒中研究的热点。此文旨在深入探讨以下几个关键方面:首先,肠道菌群及其产物如何通过诱发动脉粥样硬化引发脑梗死;其次,肠道菌群的变化如何可能影响脑卒中后的大脑修复;最后,肠道黏膜通透性的变化如何影响脑卒中的结果,包括脑梗死导致肠道连接蛋白表达减少,脑梗死后由microRNA诱导的肠上皮通透性增加,以及脑梗死后肠道菌群失调产生的有毒代谢物作用于肠道黏膜上皮等方面。通过这些研究,期待为脑梗死的临床治疗提供新的视角。Cerebral infarction(CI),as a cerebrovascular disease that poses a severe threat to life and significantly reduces the quality of life,undoubtedly imposes a substantial burden on society and families.In recent years,the international academic community has increasingly focused on the study of gut microbiota,particularly its relationship with cerebral infarction,which has gradually become a hot topic in stroke research.This paper aims to delve into several key aspects:Firstly,how gut microbiota and its products contribute to the onset of CI by inducing atherosclerosis;Secondly,the potential impact of gut microbiota changes on brain repair following a stroke;Lastly,how changes in intestinal mucosal permeability affect the outcomes of stroke,including the reduction of intestinal junction protein expression caused by CI,the increase in intestinal epithelial permeability induced by microRNA post-stroke,and the effects of toxic metabolites produced by dysregulated gut microbiota on the intestinal mucosal epithelium after a CI.Through these investigations,we hope to provide new perspectives for the clinical treatment of CI.
