职业教育流派术语与实践模式的理论创新研究

摘　　要：文章从职业教育流派的术语体系出发,结合不同流派的实践模式,深入探讨其理论创新的可能性与路径。通过对国内外职业教育流派的比较分析,尤其是德国双元制模式、美国职业与技术教育模式、英国学徒制模式等典型流派的理论内涵与实践特征的系统梳理,揭示了职业教育理论发展的内在逻辑与时代需求。在此基础上,结合中国职业教育发展的实际需求与特色,提出构建具有中国特色的职业教育理论体系的设想。Starting from the terminology system of vocational education schools,combined with the practice mode of different schools,this paper discuses the possibility and path of theoretical innovation.Through the comparative analysis of vocat ional education schools a home and abroad,epcially the theoretical conntation and practical characderistics of typical schools such as the German dual sys-tem model,the American vocational and technical education model,and the British apprenticeship model,this paper reveals the inter-nal logic and the needs of the times in the development of vocational education theories.On this basis,combined with the actual needs and characteristics of the development of China's vocational education,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing a theoretical system of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
