陈氏通补汤加减治疗肝肾不足型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨陈氏通补汤加减治疗肝肾不足型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2021年11月至2023年11月首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院收治的100例肝肾不足型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组以常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上增加陈氏通补汤加减治疗。评估2组患者的临床疗效、中医证候、疼痛程度、症状缓解程度、腰椎功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组腰椎活动度前屈、后伸、屈曲、旋转角度均高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论陈氏通补汤加减治疗肝肾不足型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛感,恢复其正常腰椎活动功能,且治疗安全性较好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Chen's Tongbu decoction on lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type treated at Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Chen's Tongbu decoction in addition to conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,pain level,symptom relief,lumbar function,and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores,visual analog scale scores,and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The lumbar range of motion,including flexion,extension,and rotation angles,in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Chen's Tongbu decoction has a good therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency type.It can alleviate pain,restore normal lumbar function,and demonstrate a high level of treatment safety.
