摘　　要：肾移植是治疗终末期肾病的有效手段。近年来,随着免疫抑制方案的优化、抗感染策略的改进以及外科技术的进步,肾移植受者的感染率有所下降。但术后感染仍是影响肾移植受者预后的主要挑战之一,其发生与长期使用免疫抑制剂导致的免疫功能抑制密切相关。我们综述了肾移植受者术后感染的病原体分布情况,并探讨了感染的危险因素,旨在为临床医师提供感染防控策略,以改善肾移植受者的长期预后。Renal transplantation is an effective treatment for end-stage renal disease.In recent years,with the optimization of immunosuppressive regimens,the improvement of anti-infection strategies,and the advancement of surgical techniques,the infection rate of renal transplant recipients has declined.However,postoperative infections remain one of the main challenges affecting the prognosis of renal transplant recipients,and their occurrence is closely related to the immunosuppression caused by long-term use of immunosuppressants.This paper reviews the pathogen distribution of postoperative infections in renal transplant recipients and discusses the risk factors for infection,aiming to provide clinicians with prevention and control strategies to improve the long-term prognosis.
