摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的不断推进,新能源在电网中的占比日益提升,惯量响应对于新能源场站的调频能力而言变得愈发关键。笔者通过开展南方区域内新能源场站惯量响应试验,研究其在调频中的作用及存在的问题。结果表明,新能源场站能满足国标惯量响应需求,惯量响应与一次调频的协调配合能够显著提升新能源在电网中的调频贡献,使其转型为优质的电网调频资源。然而,惯量响应技术应用的广泛普及以及相关标准规范的进一步完善,仍然是未来新能源调频研究的重要课题。With the continuous advancement of the“dual carbon”goals,the proportion of renewable energy in power grids has been increasing,making inertia response increasingly crucial to the frequency regulation capability of new energy power stations.By conducting inertia response experiments on renewable energy power stations in the southern region,the authors investigate their role in frequency regulation and identify existing challenges.The results show that renewable energy power stations can meet the national standards for inertia response requirements,and the coordinated operation of inertia response and primary frequency regulation can significantly enhance the contribution of renewable energy to grid frequency regulation,positioning it as a highquality resource for grid frequency adjustment.However,the widespread adoption of inertia response technology and the refinement of related standards and regulations remain key priorities for future research on renewable energy frequency regulation.
