摘 要:针对某350MW机组前后墙对冲旋流燃烧锅炉启炉后即出现燃烧器喷口外缘结焦的问题(该现象导致二次风进风受阻,引发锅炉燃烧局部缺氧、火焰中心上移、左右汽温偏差加剧、左侧水冷壁及再热器壁温超温),通过机组参数分析、燃烧器喷口着火状态观测及入炉煤质检测,确认燃烧器流场特性异常、煤质劣化与配风失衡是产生热偏差的主因。采取制粉系统优化、就地小风门调节及运行配风控制等改进措施后,锅炉结焦显著减少,二次风分布均匀性提升,火焰中心下移,有效降低了热偏差,保障了机组安全经济运行。For a 350 MW unit with front and rear wall opposed swirl combustion boiler,coking at the burner nozzle outer edge occurred immediately after startup.This issue hindered secondary air intake,causing local oxygen deficiency,upward flame center shift,increased steam temperature deviation,and over-temperature of the left-side water wall and reheater.Through unit parameter analysis,burner nozzle ignition state observation,and coal quality testing,it is confirmed that abnormal burner flow field characteristics,coal quality deterioration,and air distribution imbalance are the main causes of thermal deviation.After implementing measures such as pulverizing system optimization,local small air door adjustment,and operational air distribution control,boiler coking is significantly reduced,secondary air distribution uniformity is enhanced,the flame center is lowered,which effectively reduces the thermal deviation and ensures the safe and economic operation of the unit.
