摘  要:船闸人字闸门在水路运输中起着关键作用,其性能直接影响船闸的安全运行与通航效率。笔者分析人字闸门的常见故障,包括门体结构损坏、止水装置失效、支承部件磨损及液压系统故障,并探讨相应的检修技术要点。通过外观检查、无损检测、几何尺寸测量和运行调试等方法,可有效识别和解决故障问题。同时,提出科学的检修管理策略,如制定合理检修计划、加强人员培训、严格质量控制和做好维护保养,以提升检修效率和质量。研究表明,采用先进检测设备和维修工艺,结合有效的管理措施,能够显著提高人字闸门的可靠性和使用寿命,为水路运输的安全与高效提供保障。Miter gates play a pivotal role in waterway transportation,with their performance significantly affecting lock safety and navigation efficiency.This paper systematically examines typical failures,including structural damage to gate bodies,failure of sealing devices,wear of supporting components,and hydraulic system malfunctions,and corresponding maintenance techniques are explored.Fault issues can be effectively identified and resolved through methods such as visual inspection,non-destructive testing(NDT),geometric dimension measurement,and operational commissioning.Furthermore,scientific maintenance management strategies are proposed,including developing rational maintenance schedules,enhancing personnel training,implementing strict quality control protocols,and optimizing preservation practices.The research demonstrates that adopting advanced diagnostic equipment,refined repair technologies,and comprehensive management measures can substantially improve gate reliability and longevity,thereby ensuring the safety and efficiency of waterway transportation.
