摘  要:熔盐生产设备能耗特性复杂,缓存区利用率不足,造成碳排放计算困难且能源效率低下。为了实现熔盐制造过程节能降碳优化,首先系统分析了熔盐制造过程的物质和能量代谢机理,建立了基于改进Petri网的熔盐制造过程动态碳能流模型;然后,基于熔盐制造过程动态碳能流模型,充分考虑生产效率、能耗、碳排放等多个优化目标,构建熔盐制造过程节能降碳多目标约束优化问题,并采用NSGA-III优化算法对模型进行求解,得出设备在不同宏周期下的最优运行速率;最后,通过仿真研究验证本文所提熔盐制造过程节能降碳优化方法的有效性,可实现熔盐制造过程碳排放减少4.97%、电力消耗减少3.14%、蒸汽消耗减少5.19%。The molten salt manufacturing process is difficult to calculate carbon emissions and has low operating energy efficiency due to complex energy consumption characteristics of molten salt manufacturing equipment and insufficient utilization of intermediate storage areas.To realize the optimization of energy saving and carbon reduction in molten salt manufacturing process,the material and energy metabolism mechanism were systematically analyzed,and a dynamic carbon energy flow model of the molten salt manufacturing process based on an improved Petri network was established.By fully considering multiple optimization objectives such as production efficiency,energy consumption and carbon emissions,the multi-objective constrained optimization problem of energy saving and carbon reduction in molten salt manufacturing process based on the dynamic model was constructed.The NSGA-III optimization algorithm was used to solve the model and derive the optimal operation rates of all equipment under different macro-cycles.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method was verified through simulation studies,and the results indicated that the carbon emissions,electricity consumption and steam consumption were reduced by 4.97%,3.14%and 5.19%respectively.
