摘　　要：社会主义制度建立以后,选择什么样的经济体制,是一个重大的理论和实践问题。社会主义市场经济的伟大创造和历史贡献在于,它从理论和实践上超越了资本主义市场经济,创造了市场经济的新形态,赋予了社会主义以新活力,为中国式现代化创造的人类文明新形态奠定了坚实的物质基础和体制保障。党的二十届三中全会聚焦构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,对进一步深化经济体制改革作出战略部署,开辟了发展社会主义市场经济伟大创造的新篇章。构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,要把社会主义制度与市场经济两方面的优势更好发挥出来,实现有效市场和有为政府更好结合,坚持“两个毫不动摇”,促进资本健康发展,扩大高水平对外开放。构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,也将有利于推动世界经济的繁荣和发展,为人类探索更好社会制度贡献中国智慧和中国方案。The establishment of the socialist system raised a pivotal theoretical and practical question:what economic system should be adopted?The socialist market economy represents a groundbreaking innovation and a historical contribution,as it,both in theory and practice,has transcended the common dogmas of the capitalist market economy based on private ownership,created a new form of the market economy,injected new vitality into socialism,and laid a solid material foundation and institutional guarantee for a new form of human advancement driven by Chinese modernization.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China focused on building a high-standard socialist market economy and made strategic plans for further deepening economic structural reform.It has opened a new chapter in the development of the socialist market economy and marks the gradual evolution of the socialist market economy from a lower to a higher form.To build a high-standard socialist market economy,it is essential to leverage the strengths of both the socialist system and the market economy.Comprehensively deepening reform must regard economic structural reform as the spearhead and greater social fairness and justice and increased wellbeing of the people as the ultimate objectives.Advancing economic development should adhere to a people-centered approach and regard increased wellbeing of the people,people's well-rounded development,and common prosperity for all as the ultimate objectives.An integration of an efficient market and an effective government is crucial.Under the socialist market economy,giving full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and reducing the government's direct intervention in microeconomic activities are conducive to maximizing resource allocation benefits and efficiency and improving economic performance.Efforts should be made to form a pattern in which the roles of the market and the government are unified,complementary,coordinated,and mutually reinforcing.Stren
