摘　　要：玉山广场片区城市更新是以该区段的地铁建设为契机,在站厅地下施工阶段同步开展地下开发设计和建设,在地铁玉山广场站竣工后分步实施地上建设的综合性城建项目。从系统性片区城市设计的“面”到局部单体单地块有机更新的“点”,整个城市更新的研究和实施过程都需要设计做动态的调整和陪伴式的服务。The urban renewal of the Yushan Square area is a comprehensive urban development project that takes advantage of the metro construction in the area. Underground development design and construction were carried out simultaneously during the underground construction phase of the station. After the completion of the metro station, above ground construction was implemented in stages. From the "macro" level of systematic district urban design to the "micro" level of organic renewal of individual plots, the entire research and implementation process of urban renewal require dynamic adjustments and accompanying services.
