摘　　要：设计团队以“文绿融合、新旧共生”的理论为指引,通过采用“分级分类、一房一策”的设计原则,应用新技术和新材料,在保护街区真实性和完整性的基础上,完成了建筑物的修缮更新和织补扩建,解决了街区保护、功能完善、交通便利、安全性、舒适性等问题,探索出一条寒地地区历史文化街区修缮与活化的新路径。Guided by the philosophy of "culture-eco integration, existing-new symbiosis", the design team adopted approaches of "classification and grading" and "one strategy for one building". By leveraging new technologies and materials, the design team successfully completed the restoration, renewal and expansion of the buildings while preserving the authenticity and integrity of the district. The design team addresses challenges related to heritage protection, functionality, traffic, safety and comfort, paving a new path for the restoration and revitalization of historical and cultural districts in cold regions.
