摘　　要：地域文化传承视野下,加强冰雪文创人才培养是一项极具意义的工作。培养更多优质的冰雪文创人才,能够促进冰雪文化的有效传承,激发年轻人的文化自觉,助力地方经济发展,提升冰雪文化的国际影响力。但从冰雪文创人才培养实况来看,还存在不少的问题,导致人才培养成效不尽如人意。基于此,本文通过对地域文化传承视野下冰雪文创人才培养的意义进行探究,指出地域文化传承视野下冰雪文创人才培养存在的问题,提出地域文化传承视野下冰雪文创人才培养路径。Under the perspective of regional cultural inheritance,it is a very meaningful work to strengthen the training of snow and ice cultural and creative talents.Cultivating more high-quality ice and snow cultural and creative talents can promote the effective inheritance of ice and snow culture,stimulate the cultural consciousness of young people,help the local economic development,and enhance the international influence of ice and snow culture.However,from the perspective of the training of ice and snow cultural and creative talents,there are still many problems,which lead to the unsatisfactory effect of talent training.Based on this,this paper explores the significance of the training of ice and ice cultural and creative talents in the perspective of regional cultural inheritance,points out the problems existing in the training of ice and ice cultural and creative talents in the perspective of regional cultural inheritance,and puts forward the training path of ice and ice cultural and creative talents in the perspective of regional cultural inheritance.
