老年人需求视角下安置社区日间照料中心空间设计研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化加剧,日间照料中心空间设计对老年人生活质量至关重要。本文从老年人需求视角出发,通过分析安置社区养老设施概况与老年人养老需求相关概况,归纳出适老性、安全性、无障碍、多形式的文化性设计的原则,并提出基于生理、安全、社交、尊重、自我实现需求层面的设计策略,旨在创造健康养老环境,满足居民生活需求与归属感。As the population ages,the design of day care center space is crucial to the quality of life of the elderly.From the perspective of the needs of the elderly,this paper analyzes the general situation of the elderly care facilities in the resettlement community and the related situation of the elderly care needs,summarizes the principles of age-appropriateness,safety,barrier-free and multi-form cultural design,and proposes design strategies based on the needs of physiology,safety,socialization,respect and self-realization,aiming to create a healthy elderly care environment and meet the living needs and sense of belonging of residents.
