摘 要:随着人们对水资源依赖程度的增强以及环保标准的提高,工业领域对零液体排放技术的关注度也在增加。本文对零液体排放技术进行了概述,并阐述了其在工业水处理中应用的重要性。研究范围涵盖了各个工业领域中零液体排放技术的应用现状和技术变革,特别强调了膜分离、高效蒸发结晶以及蒸汽压缩等关键技术的应用。通过案例分析,本文揭示了零液体排放技术的集成原则、方法和设计流程,并专门讨论了流程优化及能源控制的策略,从而为解决集成技术应用中的难点提供了解决方案。研究结果表明,合理设计和集成零液体排放技术不仅能有效提高工业水的处理效率,还能降低能耗,从而对推动工业的可持续发展具有重要意义。With the increas of people’s dependence on water resources and the improvement of environmental standards,the attention of the industrial sector to zero liquid discharge technology is also increasing.This article defines zero liquid discharge technology and elaborates on the importance of its application in industrial water treatment.The research scope covers the current status and technological changes of zero liquid emission technology applications in various industrial fields,with particular emphasis on the application of key technologies such as membrane separation,efficient evaporation crystallization,and steam compression.Through case analysis,this article reveals the integration principles,methods,and design processes of zero liquid discharge technology,and specifically discusses strategies for process optimization and energy control,providing solutions to the difficulties in integration.The research results indicate that the rational design and integration of zero liquid discharge technology can not only effectively improve the efficiency of industrial water treatment,but also reduce energy consumption,which is of great significance for promoting sustainable industrial development.
