摘  要:大豆胶黏剂具有材料来源广泛、可再生、对环境无污染的优点,但纯大豆胶黏剂的性能并不能满足工业需要,需要经过改性处理后才能使用。现阶段,大豆蛋白改性主要是利用有毒化学试剂进行改性,在使用过程中也会产生少量的化学污染物[1]。本文旨在探索环保型大豆基胶黏剂的优化合成路径,并全面评估其在木材粘接领域的性能表现。通过科学的改性技术与工艺优化,所制备的胶黏剂在展现出强大粘接力的同时,也呈现出低甲醛释放与高生物降解性等显著的环保优势。Soybean adhesive has the advantages of wide material sources,renewability,and no environmental pollution.However,the performance of pure soybean adhesive cannot meet industrial needs and needs to be modified before use.At present,soy protein modification is mainly carried out using toxic chemical reagents,which can also generate a small amount of chemical pollutants during use.This article aims to explore the optimized synthesis path of environmentally friendly soy based adhesives and comprehensively evaluate their performance in thefield of wood bonding.Through scientific modification technology and process optimization,the prepared adhesive not only exhibits strong adhesion,but also significant environmental advantages such as low formaldehyde release and high biodegradability.
