摘　　要：城市水环境是城市生态系统的关键要素,其管理状况影响着城市的可持续发展与居民的生活质量。本研究深入剖析城市水环境管理中存在的问题,包括污水排放监管不力、雨污分流不完善、水资源过度开发、水生态修复滞后以及公众参与度不足等方面。针对这些问题,文章提出了强化法律法规执行、优化排水系统规划、推进节水型城市建设、加强生态修复技术应用以及提升公众环保意识等综合对策,并结合实际案例分析对策实施的效果,旨在完善城市水环境管理体系,提升城市水环境质量,实现城市水生态的良性循环,从而为城市的绿色发展提供有力支撑。Urban water environment is a key element of the urban ecosystem,and its management status affects the sustainable development of the city and the quality of life of the residents.This study deeply analyzes the existing problems of urban water environment management,including inadequate supervision of sewage discharge,imperfect diversion of rain and sewage,excessive development of water resources,lagging water ecological restoration and insufficient public participation.In view of these problems,comprehensive countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening the implementation of laws and regulations,optimizing the drainage system planning,promoting the construction of water-saving cities,strengthening the application of ecological restoration technology and enhancing the public awareness of combined with the actual case analysis of the implementation effect of countermeasures,it aims to improve the urban water environment management system,improve the quality of urban water environment,realize the virtuous cycle of urban water ecology,and provide strong support for the green development of the city.
