摘 要:为了应对气候变化,我国提出2030碳达峰与2060碳中和目标,并将其融入生态文明建设,推动经济社会的绿色转型,协同减污降碳,统筹环保、生态与气候应对。北京市作为中国的首都,其环境质量和碳排放控制策略对于全国乃至全球都具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨北京市在促进减污降碳协同方面的环境经济政策的主要手段,分析现有政策框架、实施效果及未来展望,从而为北京市及全国其他城市的可持续发展提供参考。In response to climate change,China has proposed the goals of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060,which will be integrated into the construction of ecological civilization,promoting green transformation of the economy and society,coordinating pollution reduction and carbon reduction,and coordinating environmental protection,ecology,and climate response.As the capital of China,Beijing’s environmental quality and carbon emission control strategies are of great significance to the whole country and even the world.The purpose of this article is to explore the main means of environmental and economic policies in promoting coordinated pollution reduction and carbon reduction in Beijing,analyze the existing policy framework,implementation effects,and to future prospects,and to provide reference for the sustainable development of Beijing and other cities in China.
