化工行业VOCs废气综合治理的有效对策分析

摘　　要：化工产业是我国社会经济发展中极为重要的支柱型产业,化工产业的发展在拉动我国社会经济快速发展的同时也引发了一系列环境问题,其中VOCs废气过量排放导致的大气污染问题成为当下化工产业发展与生态环境保护之间的主要矛盾。化工企业生产中生成的VOCs废气如果未能得到合理处置,会引发极为严重的环境污染问题,对周边地区居民的身体健康造成巨大威胁。基于此,本研究将对化工行业VOCs废气综合治理的可行对策进行深入探索。文中具体说明了化工企业VOCs废气综合治理在环境管理领域的积极影响,并结合时下化工清洁生产与生态环境保护领域最新的技术研究成果,论述化工企业在VOCs废气综合治理中的技术应用与管理中的可行对策,从而为构建更能充分体现生态友好原则、顺应新时代可持续发展理念的化工行业发展管理体系提供必要的支持。The chemical industry is an important pillar industry in our social and economic development,chemical industry development of the social and economic development at the same time also caused a series of environmental problems,including VOCs excessive emissions of atmospheric pollution problems become the main contradiction between the chemical industry development and ecological environment protection.If the VOCs waste gas generated in the production of chemical enterprises can not be reasonably treated,it will cause extremely serious environmental pollution problems and pose a great threat to the health of the residents in the surrounding areas.In view of this,this study will further explore the feasible countermeasures of the comprehensive treatment of VOCs waste gas in the chemical industry.This paper will specify the chemical enterprise VOCs waste gas comprehensive treatment in the positive influence in thefield of environmental management,combined with the current chemical cleaner production and ecological environment protection of the latest technology research results,discusses the chemical enterprise in VOCs waste gas comprehensive treatment technology application and management of feasible countermeasures,to build more fully embodies the principle of ecological friendly,adapt to the new era of sustainable development of chemical industry development management system to provide the necessary support.
