摘 要:膜生物反应器MBR是一种科学、高效的污水处理工艺,在污水处理领域具有十分重要的作用。为了解决MBR工艺在实际应用中存在的膜污染和氮磷去除效果较差的弊端,本研究对电絮凝强化MBR工艺处理生活污水的方法进行了深入研究。经研究得出结论,在MBR工艺中添加电絮凝环节,可显著提升MBR工艺对生活污水的处理效果。在实验设定的环境下,电絮凝强化MBR工艺对废水中COD、总磷以及氨氮的去除率分别达到87.95%、83.01%和85.55%,满足生活污水出水水质的要求,且对膜污染具有一定的抑制效果。Membrane bioreactor(MBR)is a scientific and efficient wastewater treatment process and plays a very important role in thefield of wastewater treatment.In order to solve the problems of membrane pollution and poor nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the practical application of MBR process,the method of electroflocculation-enhanced MBR process to treat domestic sewage was deeply studied.The study concluded that the addition of electroflocculation in MBR process can significantly improve the treatment effect of MBR process on domestic sewage.Under the experimental setting environment,the removal rates of COD,total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen by electroflocculation enhanced MBR process reach 87.95%,83.01%and 85.55%,meeting the water quality requirements of domestic sewage,it also has a certain degree of inhibition effect on membrane pollution.
