摘　　要：随着电镀行业的发展,该行业正在逐渐向集中收集、集中处理的产业集群化发展。本文通过探究电镀行业的发展现状及园区运营、环保、安全等方面存在的问题,提出强化源头管控及“三废”全过程管控,全方位监管“三废”的产生、治理过程,转变以往“重末端轻源头”的管控模式,构建“全感知、可视化、智能化”的园区智慧化监管体系,以提高园区监管水平,推动园区环保达标、安全生产、降本增效。With the development of electroplating industry,electroplating industry is gradually developing to the centralized collection,centralized processing of industrial cluster.This paper by exploring the development of electroplating industry and the existence of the park operation,environmental protection,safety problems,put forward to strengthen the source control and“three wastes”process control,comprehensiveregulation“three wastes”,governance process,change previous“heavy end light source”control mode,build“full perception,visualization,intelligent”park wisdom supervision system,in order to improve the level of park supervision,promote park environmental protection standards,production safety,authors efficiency.
