摘　　要：将绿色发展理念应用于固体废物处理中,可以提升环境质量、促进资源回收。然而,固废处理领域的特殊性限制了广义绿色发展理念的应用。因此,本文从效益、流程、结果方面探讨了固体废物处理的绿色发展理念,并基于五大维度构建了固废处置全生命周期的绿色发展评价指标体系,讨论了固废处理领域存在的问题,并提出了符合绿色发展理念的政策建议。Applying the concept of green development to solid waste treatment can improve environmental quality and promote resource recovery.However,the particularity of solid waste treatment limits the application of the broad concept of green development.Therefore,this paper discussed the green development concept of solid waste treatment from the aspects of benefits,processes and results,constructs the green development evaluation index system of solid waste disposal throughout the life cycle based on thefive dimensions,discussed the problems in the field of solid waste treatment,and put forward policy suggestions in line with the green development concept.
