摘  要:水质氨氮的测定主要采用纳氏试剂分光光度法,前处理方式为絮凝沉淀与预蒸馏。本文从校准曲线绘制、检出限、准确度、精密度等多个方面对两种前处理形式进行探讨,试验表明两种前处理方式各有优缺点,在实际水样测定中尽量选择絮凝沉淀法,以减少试验误差。The determination of ammoniacal nitrogen in water quality is mainly by Nassler reagent spectrophotometry,and the pre-treatment methods areflocculation precipitation and pre-distillation.This paper discusses the two pre-treatment methods from the aspects of calibration curve drawing,detection limit,accuracy,precision and so on.The experiment shows that the two pre-treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages,and theflocculation precipitation method is chosen as far as possible in the actual water sample determination to reduce experimental errors.
