低碳理念在工业园区规划环评中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着社会和经济的迅速发展,人类对资源的过度使用导致了生态环境的恶化。为了应对这种挑战,国家采取了一系列举措推动低碳经济的发展,严格控制碳排放,尤其是工业园区排污对周围环境造成严重污染,亟须对其进行重点规划及环评。在园区建设过程中,如何在园区内融入低碳思想是实现低碳发展的重要途径。本研究的目的在于探索低碳理念在工业园区规划环评中的应用策略,从而为我国构建低碳产业体系、推动产业进入绿色发展的新阶段提供理论依据。With the rapid development of society and economy,human’s excessive use of resources has led to the deterioration of ecological environment.In order to meet this challenge,the country has taken a series of measures to promote the development of low-carbon economy and strictly control carbon emissions.Especially the industrial park,its pollution problem is particularly serious,to the surrounding environment has brought serious pollution,it is urgent to carry out the key planning and environmental assessment.In the construction process of the park,how to integrate low-carbon ideas in the park is an important way to achieve low-carbon development.The purpose of this study is to explore the application countermeasures of low-carbon concept in the environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning,so as to provide theoretical basis for China to build a low-carbon industrial system and promote the industry to enter a new stage of green development.
